Q: Is it necessary to keep the goat at your farm for palaai if we buy it from you, or can we take it elsewhere?

A: No, it is not mandatory to keep the goat at our farm after purchase. You are free to take your goat anywhere you wish. However, please note that once the goat leaves our farm premises, all responsibility — including health, safety, and upkeep — lies entirely with the buyer.

Q: Is there any return or exchange policy?

A: As this is live livestock, we do not have a return or exchange policy. However, in rare emergency situations, we may consider buying the goat back at a similar, higher, or lower price — depending on its condition at the time. This is handled on a case-by-case basis with mutual understanding.

Q: Does OnlineBakra.com sell only in Mumbai or also outside Mumbai?

A: We sell and deliver goats all over India. Depending on the destination, we use various transportation methods such as trains, luxury buses, tempos, or even auto rickshaws. By default, all transportation is at the buyer’s risk. If the customer wants us to take full responsibility for the goat during transit, the cost of transportation will increase accordingly to cover insurance and handling.

Q: Do you sell exotic goats?

A: Yes, we do. OnlineBakra.com offers a range of exotic goat breeds including Saanen (Khargosh line – pure breed), Toggenburg (Singapore line), and British Alpine with distinct pure colors and markings. We have both male and female varieties available in these exotic breeds.

Q: Can we resell your goats?

A: Yes, but it's important to understand the two types of reselling:

  1. – If you want to resell by simply sharing our goat pictures with your buyers and keeping a margin, we do allow this. However, you must sign an agreement with us beforehand to ensure transparency and responsibility.

  2. – If you purchase a goat from us, keep it at our farm on palaai, and later ask us to resell it during Eid, we can assist. But based on our experience, you likely won't earn a profit in this case. That’s because keeping a goat at the farm all year increases its cost significantly. This model suits hobbyists or individuals with personal interest, not typical resellers.
